Rice does not rule out bargaining with Iran under time limit

The questions posed on this is how does is take to cook rice?

It depends on the elevation and how much rice obviously.

Given that Iran is at about 1,500 ft in elevation and cooking a cup of rice at that height I would put it at about 20-25 minutes to cook. Definitely keep an eye on the pot as boiling over rice is horrible.
