How cool is your cubicle?

A few basics on the cool cubicle.

Paneling
You have padded panels? Great, burn them.

I'm a wood man myself, Oak, Redwood or Iron would if you can get it. Take that for paneling, the crossbeams etc should be a complementary wood to that. All of it stained and polished.

Desk
Solid wood again is the way I would go.

Size
Of course the cubicle is generally made for one person to hound away, but as any entity best works in a team I would suggest getting in some ethics so you don't have to be hiding all the time and get units in single larger cubicles. Units together form up a sector, division or what have you and these units are connected by port holes. So the size of a single cubicle is the combined needed space of the personnel in your unit as delineated by what's needed to accomplish the purpose of their post.

Interunit Communication
I did vaccuum systems, but it's unlikely. The actual communication system has been laid down elsewhere, you can find that in different place like WISE (World Institute of Scientology Enterprises).

Floor
Wood mainly, while there would be meeting areas that include carpets to reduce the noise and make it easier for conference.

Lighting
It would be, as much as possible, lit by the sun or moon, some mirror engineering would be a bit of work but is necissary for excellent cubiclism.
