What are the factors taken in to acount on this? Are they age? Longevity? Productivity? Creativity? Truthfulness? Honor?

My immediate thought sais it's gimmick, like "I perkelate coffee for 10,000,000 employees a day." If this is the case, it is an example of the core reason I read the news.
